Kelly comes to StrategyCorp with a wealth of experience at Queen's Park.

In the Premier's Office, she was Special Assistant in the Issues Management and Legislative Affairs Office. In this role, she helped prepare the Premier for daily Question Period, and provide strategic and tactical advice to Ministers and their departments, including specific carriage of Ministries including Finance, Health and Energy & Infrastructure.

In the Minister of Culture's office, she managed stakeholder relations and was responsible for recommending more than 500 office holders at the Ministry's agencies, boards and commissions. In the Minister of Education's office, she developed policy for the Special Education, Safe Schools and Parent Engagement files. In both offices, she was the main point of contact for all Members of Provincial Parliament and Ministers.

Kelly worked on more than a half dozen election campaigns, and is an experienced advisor for the provincial Liberal Party.

Kelly received her Master's Degree in Politics and Education from Teachers College at Columbia University and her Specialized Honours Bachelor Degree in Political Science from York University.
